2. Your rights
You have the right:

- in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DS-GMO, to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DS-GMO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at our company headquarters.
3. Collection of personal data when you visit our website
If you use our website www.gloria-garten.de for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. 4. Further functions and offers of our website
In addition to the informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. As a rule, you must provide further personal data, which we use to provide the respective service and to which the aforementioned data processing principles apply. We use the most common SSL (Secure-Socket Layer) method within the website in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your web browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form can be seen from the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.
5. Use of our spare parts shop
If you want to order in our spare parts shop (shop.gloriagarten.de), it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you enter your personal data, which we need for the completion of your order. Required information for the execution of the contracts are marked separately, further information is voluntary. We process the data provided by you to process your order. For this purpose we can pass on your payment data to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DS-GMO.
You can voluntarily create a customer account through which we can store your data for future purchases. When you create an account under "Register", the data you have provided will be saved revocably. All other data, including your user account, can always be deleted in the customer area.
We may also process the information you provide to inform you of other interesting products in our portfolio or to send you e-mails containing technical information.
We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, after[two years] we will limit processing, i.e. your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.
To prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, especially financial data, the order process is encrypted using TLS technology.
6. Newsletter
With your consent, you can also receive separate information about current and future products (by phone or e-mail).
We use the double opt-in procedure to register to receive this information by e-mail newsletter. This means that after your registration we will send you an e-mail to the specified e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you would like the newsletter to be sent. In addition, we store your IP addresses and the time of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data. We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behaviour when sending a newsletter. For this analysis, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent single-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link the data mentioned in section 3. and the web beacons with your e-mail address and an individual ID.
7. Competition
If you voluntarily provide us with your personal data in the context of a competition conducted by us for participation in the respective competition, we process and use this data exclusively to the extent necessary to carry out the competition and to determine and notify the winners. Your data will be used within our company to fill a suitable position. Only authorized employees have access to your data. Your data will only be passed on to the relevant personnel areas and departments.
Your data is used exclusively for the recruitment process. Your data will be stored for a period of 5 months after the end of the concrete application procedure. You are entitled to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time in accordance with our explanations under item 7. The revocation can be declared by e-mail to personal[at]gloria-garten.com or by sending a message to the contact details given in section 1.2.
We would like to point out once again that we use both technical and organisational security measures in accordance with section 4 to protect your data from manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorised access.
