This will save users money, space and time when purchasing products of the alliance in the future. Stacked, incompatible batteries and chargers of different brands will be a thing of the past. The common goal is to offer users the largest battery system from all manufacturers and thus the broadest range of applications for their homes: Do-it-yourself appliances, gardening and cleaning equipment, household appliances, products for surface coating, for leisure and camping - and much more.
Bosch continues to adhere to its policy of backwards compatibility up to 2007, which is important for users: more than 20 million Bosch batteries for do-it-yourself and gardening tools with 18 volts that are already on the market will remain compatible like the corresponding chargers.
"We are convinced that wireless, flexible working is the future. The POWER FOR ALL ALLIANCE is a win-win situation for everyone. It allows us to concentrate on our core competencies in the future. The development of high-quality and innovative gardening tools," confirms Markus Kress, Managing Director and owner of GLORIA.
GLORIA currently offers its customers three battery-powered products, and this number will increase significantly in the coming gardening season.
